Hacking Inject CFW 4.5 on sysNand

Is this a possibility? Granted that I have a nand backup and am planning to HW mod my 3ds to be able to read/write on the nand.

I'm tired of the probability of failure of the ds exploit CFW loader. Would that solve it ?

The loader is the cfw. Without it badly signed cias do not work

Yep, the only thing that does the system patching stuff to load pirated games is the launcher.dat tself, the only way to flash such features on sysNAND is with some kind oif bootloader hax, and it has not been discovered yet or made publicy available.
