Inject a gecko code into a wad

Is there a tool to inject a cheat code or classic controller code to a wad game file? I already tested the code on Dolphin and it's working. Just wanted to inject the patched wad into the wii u menu to play the game with the wii u gamepad. Thanks in advance

Edit: since there is no way to inject a gecko code into a wad other than to create a patch for it specifically, I thought about converting the wad into an iso and then applying the gecko code via WIT. Also read many threads on that topic (wad2iso etc.) but unfortunately it is not supported anymore. Is there another way to create an iso out of a wad game maybe? @XFlak you were pretty into that topic years ago. What was the verdict: is it possible or not because wads are installed directly into the nand and an iso wouldn't work? If so, would an emunand work maybe? Just looking for any solution. Thanks

I could, but I would like to inject it into my wii u to play it with the gamepad. Do you know of another tool maybe?
