We have our ways of preventing that (my former friend had an implant, my current one is so determined not to have children she had herself sterilized). But...

The joke flew right over your head, but just to add insult to injury, judging by the amount of kids on XBL and CoD servers I would assume that most adult gamers from that audience successfuly got laid at least once. I'd sooner worry about Mincraft players - Cobblestone is the only thing that seems to get laid in their life. ;O;

As for the Wikipedia comment, yes, I'm proud to be right 99% of the time - the 1% is there for humility's sake. Modesty is a saught-after feature in the modern world. ;O;
