Homebrew incomplete downgrade?

downgraded today and the settings says im on 9.2. im trying to get into pasta cfw but it refuses to load. Is this because of an incomplete downgrade?

Could be, search the forums for an app that checks the downgrade. If it's incomplete simply run sysupdater again with the 9.2 pack and it will finish installing all titles

Try MiniPasta instead.

I ran into an incomplete downgrade on my n3ds as well.....
It displayed as 9.2 in syssettings but CFW would not boot
They call this frankenfirmware or something like that.
I fixed it like this:
1. Used a Super Smash Bros game cart to update to 9.5 (i think xenoblade will work as well)
2. Downgraded again using This SysUpdater

Just make sure the cart you use will put you on 9.5 or firmware that is higher than 9.2 but still has hax easily available on it.
I am now on legit 9.2 and running CFW just fine.
