Yea I found another that was 104, I found the 0004009b00010402 and 0004001b00010802 in that pack.

Just not the 1B02 and 1A02, I'll look those up.

Ok. I just downgraded again. Used the setup from here and the sysUpdater version from here. I also used the sd card that came with the console as I don't own a sd card smaller than 64gb ... and to my surprise it worked out. My new change.log looks like gunner007's and seems to be normal after a downgrade.

Ok a few things I noticed. (most of them are just carry-overs due to higher FW versions when downgrading)
[For reference, I was downgrading a 9.9.0-26U Hyrule N3DS]

0004009b00010402 [was found in correct downgrade pack]
0004003000009e02 (amiibo) [Due to downgrading from >9.3 (amiibo not introduced until 9.3)
0004001b00010802 (was found in correct downgrade pack]
0004013000001b02 (GPIO System Module) [was updated in 9.5.0-22]
0004013000001a02 (DSP System Module) [was updated in 9.7.0-25]

Edit: Confirmed most of these findings. Had a Majora's Mask unit I manually updated from 9.0.0-20U to 9.2.0-20U back in the day and the downgrader came back with no issues whatsoever. So the 3 files were just because the downgraded units came above 9.3 and titles either didn't exist or were updated since then. (I did manually add the GPIO/DSP modules to my 9.2.0-20U pack for future use)
