Hello all, I am a newbie to Nintendo 3DS. I have read through the forum rule before deciding to open this thread. I have also tried googling and searching in this forum but I am not able to find what I wanted. If this is in the wrong thread, please help me moderators.
So recently, I bought these MH3X edition New Nintendo 3DS XL. My question is, do I need to update my firmware to the latest version in order to play online with my friends? The game I am currently playing is Animal Crossing New Leaf.
Also, if I hack my 3DS, will I still be able to play online with my friends?
