Hacking !! Important !! Far Cry ... works ... BUT

Ok I have a word of warning for people that want to play Far Cry on the Wii.

You CAN play it by patching the IOS to 249.

Before now you couldn't get beyond one of the cut sequences, but then WiiPower figured out how to fix SoftChip & NeoGamma to work beyond that

Please read.....

If you have a save already DELETE IT FIRST ! ! !

If you fail to do so, you will run into some unusal bugs, one of which is the "system files are corrupt"

Don't say you haven't been warned. WiiPower is NOT responsible if you fail to follow these instructions, nor is WiiGator, me, gbatemp or anyone else you want to blame.

Is Far Cry on the Wii even worth playing? Metacritic gives it an AVERAGE of 38/100. Which is abysmal.

Ive played the 2 player version and i quite enjoyed it i have to say.
I never got around to playing the 1 player and i may leave it that way.
