I just switched over the the iMenu b3 today and grabbed the Limited Edition skin by CannonFoddr & jurassicplayer. While the skin looks nice it felt incomplete. So I started making adjustments to the clock and adding abit more to the skin.

The problem Im having is that the clock_colon.bmp shows up corrupted as shown in the images below(Large resolution from phone camera). What file type does clock_colon.bmp need to be(eg. 16bit bmp) to show up without being corrupted?

    Warning: Spoilers inside!
In the spoilers below are the additional images I made for the skin using elements from the skin if anyone wants to add it to their iMenu skin.

Edit: Thanks to spinal_cord helping fix my problem, I've made 2 clocks to use with the Limited Edition skin rather than the default clock. They are named after the font I used.

Both should appear centered under GBATEMP on the top screen.
To install extract to the root of your micro SD as I've structured the zip file to match the _iMenu folder.

Pretty sure it should be 16 bits BMP.

Thanks for the suggestion, however it seems that setting the image type to 16 bit bmp causes iMenu to be stuck at the loading screen. I'll give it a go with the other file types.

Here are the results that I got:
32 bit makes it completely invisible(Moonshell can't read the image)
24 bit shows the corrupted image
16 bit stuck at loading screen

you are probably using 16bit (5:6:5), I think it is suposed to be 16/15bit (5:5:5)

Not sure if I did it right, using Photoshop CS3 I saved it under the following BMP modes

    16 bit:
    X1 R5 G5 B5 (I'm assuming this is the mode you mention)
    R5 G6 B5
    X4 R4 G4 B4

All result in the same as saving as 16 bit in basic mode.

iMenu should be able to load 8,16,24 or 32bit bmp files. the 16bit should be x1:r5:g5:b5.
I didn't have any trouble when I was putting the clock code together, but try setting the width of the image to a multiple of 8.

Oh, the menu_bg images doesn't need to be full screen, it can be any size.

Can you reupload the fonts please since megaupload has been destroyed.
