Hacking I'm worried

I just got the CycloDS and I really like it. I browse their forums all the time but they are down now. Lots of people are speculating that this is Nintendo's doing. You don't think that the CycloDS Team has been "taken down" or anything do you? What if there is no new firmware released ever.


I'm probably just looking into it a little bit too much but what do you think?

The site is not down only the forums ... it happens sometimes ... they will be back soon ... just a technical problem i bet see there also
