Hacking I'm so lost, please help me... honestly

When I run Back Up Launcher Gamma, I get error 324 (No cIOS) (I know the burned game works, because the person who gave it to me has used it before)

When I load cIOS and install it, it almost finshes and I get an error (1017)

I read online that if you go to Anytime Deleter and delete IOS249 you can fix the problem, for some reason, I don't have IOS249, but I do have IOS 254, it won't let me delete that.

I have 4.0 like a stupid person... I don't have internet access to my wii (so if I HAVE to downgrade, I need to find a way offline)

I know, I'm being kind of vague, I don't know what I'm doing though... I have a lot of software though, I basically copied a friend's SD card after I got the homebrew channel... anyways, I really really wanna play capcom vs tatsunoko so can someone PLEASE help me out... this is driving me nuts.

Sounds like you forgot to actually softmod the Wii.. having the Homebrew Channel doesn't automatically make your Wii able to do stuff. Follow >> this guide

No. Banner Bomb is simply a means of installing the Homebrew Channel. Some of the Homebrew apps don't require anything but HBC itself. For loading backups, you need more than that. Follow the guide I already linked, and you'll be well on your way.

What are u try do to ur wii? Just install a cios that all u need do.When u tried to install it b4 did u do network or wad install. If u did network it obviosly wouldn't work cuz like u said ur wii I'd offline. If u did wad did u have the ios wad needed on root of ur sdbotherwise that wouldn't work. Also what cios are u trying to install?R u sure u had cios b4 and the backup launcher worked. If not ull have run trucha bug restore first so a cios can be installed

Of course the folders are not there. You have to create them.

Also you are missing some zeros in the paths.
It should be "Copy the contents of the 0000000100000024v1042 folder to the 00000001>00000024>v1042 folder"

This is much easier guide here http://www.yafaze.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=46&t=1178. Yes it has packs for offline. Start from step seven and ull be good. That guide ur trying to use is too much for what u need done. Btw use neogamma rev 7 for backups

I tried that, created the folders and whatever, but then I did this "
Insert the SD card into the Wii with the files provided.

Go to Wii Options, Data Management, Channels, SD card, yes to load the boot.dol."

And I didn't get the option to click yes or whatever. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, is it possible that it has to do with all the other stuff on my card that I copied from my friend, should I just delete everything and start from scratch, or should I try the other FAQ, I am really grateful you guys are so helpgul.

Sounds like you are trying to run Bannerbomb. You don't need to do that since you already have the Homebrew Channel. Launch the Homebrew Channel and run the Hackmii installer and install DVDx and BootMii. Then continue with the rest of the guide.
