The only way to give creators "what they deserve" is to buy a game brand new, and a lot of games are out of print.

I quit for the most part about a year ago, though I still self-pirate and import-pirate, those are things I have no qualms about (well, that's not so true for import pirating, I just don't have the money). I'm trying to find inbox copies and one day I was lucky enough to see all of them (excluding Apollo Justice) in the same store, however only AAI and T&T had boxes, and I didn't have the money to buy them

Haha, I'm not THAT stupid. I copied Sudokuhax to my SD card before sending it in. When I get it back, I just copy it back. I tested this when I first transferred my DSiWare to my 3DS.

But yeah, update. I called them a while back and said there were photos of a holiday on the MSD. They called back and said the didn't find any, so they searched it. They're returning the MSD, completely empty. If I'm lucky, they wouldn't have formatted it properly and I could run an 'Un-Deleter' (See http://gbatemp.net/t299430-recover-files-from-sd-card)

And I already had Sudokuhax. It worked on 1.4.2. I copied it, deleted it, then re-copied it and it still worked.
