Hacking I'm getting error 162-3006 and i would like help please.

My brother installed homebrew on his Wii U using smash stacks and it worked but after that he tried to update and it fully downloads but when it installs it gets to 29% and then rushes to 100% saying
error 162-3006 and because he used any title deleter i don't know what happened and i've been working on this for two days straight so some help is appreciated.
