I had purchased a N3DS it has the firmware 9.0, last time I was messing around emunand wasn't working for the N3DS has this changed at all, is there a new exploit? Currently been using a gateway for the original 3DS but if I can switch that would be good.

Is the current exploit still Cubic Ninja/OoT, or is there something else you can use for the N3DS?

Sorry if these have been asked before, just want to make sure I still understand what's going on.

Yes you can use ReiNand or rxtools on n3ds now, both have emuNAND (but can only be updated to 9.5). The gateway will come in handy installing BigBlueMenu to your emuNAND instead of having to mess about with FBI. There's lots of tutorials around, do a search or wait around and I bet someone will chime in with a link.
