Hacking If I do an external hard drive transfer, will everything be copied?

Hello. I have a modded Wii U. It's loaded up with gamecube, Wii, and Wii U games. I want to upgrade to a larger hard drive. But if I do a full hard drive transfer, with everything be carried over? Like, the games that are not legit? And all of the Homebrew apps? Because I would really rather not have to redownload and reinstall everything.

You should be transferring the games from one drive to the other using the Wii U data management screen.
