It currently is not possible to see CEMU on the Nintendo Switch, unless it gets open-sourced so that other people can potentially port it themselves. However, I have heard of another WiiU emulator called Decaf (https://emulation.gametechwiki.com/index.php/Decaf | git repository: https://github.com/decaf-emu/decaf-emu) which can run on both Windows and Linux distros, 64-bit x86. Theoretically, since this emulator is licensed under the GNU GPL v3+, it is possible to port to the the Nintendo Switch. But beware that while it can load some commercial games, there may be glitches and other inconsistencies.

Isn't the wiiu just as powerful as the ps3/360? So that's like trying to emulate a ps3/360 system on the switch.

Ehhh...kind-of-sort-of. It's not more powerful than the 360 in most cases, and I like to imagine that anything that tapped into the CELL processor's full potential would've smoked both consoles.

The Switch is barely an improvement over the Wii U, portability aside. Emulation (as opposed to backcompat) requires a console several times more powerful than what is being emulated. So that is why you will never approach fullspeed no matter how optimized, and why Nintendo is porting each of their games individually and not writing some emulator to handle them.
