Hacking idea about psvita memory card

hi everyonewe all know psvita memory card expensive like 64gb for 80 pound i was thinking if i take motherboard out unsolder memory card reader on logicboard and solder a thin cable from normal micro sd card to card reader solder point will it work i checked ps vita card has got 8 legs same as normal sd card if it works u can buy a card cheap sd card and stick it with tape

The Vita memorycard and the micro SD card don't share the same protocol.
It won't work.

The legs might be the same but the protocols and data lines are vastly different.
It simply does not work that way.

RichDevX has made an adapter so that people could figure out how the Vita memorycard protocol works so they can make an adapter.
Simply switching slots doesn't work.
