Which won't help you with snes VC.
I guess you do some reading up on what works how.

You know the abg_firm i've got the is it supposed to be reigon specific

VC - install it to both Nands

Done. Rxtools can't run that, Reinand can.

Rxtools can do GBA as long as you install The VC game to both NANDs. I've set up GBA VC on a friend's 2DS that was using Rxtools.

Yeah. 2DS and O3DS it can. N3DS not and that's what OP is using, apparently.

I didn't catch that from the SNES thing. Then from my past experience I would recommend he not switch to Rxtools on N3DS and instead use Cakes or ReiNAND.

Like I said on page 1. Stay with Reinand, patch the home menu to be region free and have all features on N3ds.
