DS - buy a flashcard
VC - install it to both Nands

Done. Rxtools can't run that, Reinand can.

I used RXtools to help a friend so he swaps between GW and RX, choosing wich to boot emunand on the homebrew launcher
but I don't find the RXtools 3.0 to make the boot by the launcher, I think i'm too noob with this :B

Why would installing gba VC brick your sysnand? I think you don't understand too much of all this 3ds stuff.

You need to use a sysnad CFW aka MiniPasta temporally.
