backup the app.db. you should be able to delete the excess by changing canRemove from 0 to 1 for the apps you want to remove. I'm not sure if all are removable though.

it doesn't work that way. it's called the sort priority. you can force them to stay in one position, but normally all that show 100 will move according to order last used. if you try forcing it, by changing to 101, 102, or something, the browser becomes unstable. both I and @Leeful have tested this. when I did it, it took over 2 hours to initiate goldhen again, and I was on 5.05.

I hid them and 2 months now. On 9.00 no problems with browser on for me. Maybe that is why app says 9.00 only.

I got them gone by MODDED WARFARE method but not sure how stable that will be.

Very unstable to remove What's New and PlayStation Store. Found a possible work around change Browser prior to 10 or bellow and change to new and store to over 100. Lower makes it higher priority and higher makes it lower. This will make browser always first.

Yeah just about 20 minutes ago had corrupt db. In my case no big deal all my games external official.
