Hacking I need some help! R4 to South Africa anyone!?

Hi, my name is Ricardo and I orderd a M3 simply from mrmodchips.co.uk and its been two weeks with set backs which dont seem to want to be resovled. Are there any lovely forum member who can get an R4 to me in South Africa, I heard it has been done before. I would really be grateful, please let me know if you guys are looking to help out a Sout African on the other side of the world
