What? He's trying to pirate a CIA on a CFW.Have you tried cleaning the game? (And by game I mean the card that allows you to play it.) I used to have issues with a lot of cards that have a lot of dirt/dust on them that did not operate as correctly, and every once in awhile when you try starting the game up it brings an error,
Best bet would be to try and wash the game (card) carefully, and clean off any signs of dust that may be in the way.
