Hello, I bought a new 3DS and when I insert my game card into it, I get this problem. If anyone knows the solution, I would be very happy.

As far as I know, it is a hacked second-hand console from the European region. My playing card is America

Do you have Game Patching enabled in Luma menu to enable out of region games ?

Hold [Select] when turning on your 3DS, then select Enable Game Patching, then Save and Exit, and try again.
Also, update Luma if you haven't already. It's also available in Universal Updater, just search Luma and install it, this way is generally easier.

Thanks for the answer, I solved the problem using luma locale switcher. console europe game USA, I changed the region of the game and it worked.
