My problem is that homebrew when I press the Home button it doesn't have the bootmii option instead: Back, Credits, Home Menu, Turn Off, I am okay doing anything to install it so messing around doesn't cost me with an unusable wii, is there a downloadoble homebrew app or something to help? Thanks for reading.

What exactly is the problem? No BootMii installed – neither in boot2 nor as an IOS?

You can start the HackMiiInstaller right from the Homebrew Channel and should be able to install BootMii at least as an IOS. If it offers installing in boot2 as well, please do it. The best protection you can get for a Wii. The HackMiiInstaller should also prepare the needed files on the SD.

Good luck and have fun!
