Homebrew I need help on 10.7

I just got a new 3DS, and it was on 10.7.
I want to downgrade it but I can't seem to get any Homebrew Exploits to work. Can anyone help me? Or is there a way to reset the 3DS so that it goes down to a lower firmware?

Right now, only Ninjhax, OOTTHAX and Smashax will work for 10.7.

You need either Ocarina of Time + Powersaves or Cubic Ninja.

Homebrew Entrypoint:
10.6/10.7: OOTHax or Ninjhax, cuz Menuhax and browserhax dont work (currently) on 10.6 or 10.7.

Also you can use Smashhax since you got a NEW 3DS

You can downgrade using any entrypoint, just check this after you get smashax to work.

What has a 100% success rate? I'm trying to think, but downgrading does not have a 100% success rate, and entering the hbl doesn't have a 100% success rate. What am I missing?

Getting smashax to work/setting up.
Even if it may sometimes fail at booting [not sure since I never used it] like menuhax, it can still work a second time

Teeechnically, it's not 100% when you try to boot into hbl[with menuhax, still not sure about smashax], but it's 100% success rate to set it up correctly and make it able to boot into hbl

Ah ok. I've never used Smashax, so I can't disprove that. I'm thinking of Oothax when you might have to run the installer 2-3 times before it works.
