Gaming I need help Fast T.T

I accidentally put my GEN into standby, and my game hung, and when i rebooted, i got a strange screen with tons of writing, and when it rebooted again, it took me to the setup page, now i cant start my ISO's (Gives me the "Cant start this game error")

Oh god, phew.....that scared the living hell out of me, working again now, i guess it somehow defaulted all of my settings

Have you checked if it reset your UMD driver in the recovery menu?

Yeah, thats what it did >_>, i thought i semi bricked myself for a second. Man, i nearly started crying @_@
