Hacking I need help creating dlc pack for Space Invaders Get Even

so i got the game. and the game it self is one level all others levels are dlc

their are 3 dlc's for this game and i have 2 of them unpacked, it seems like it dosent want to pack them in to a wad file because it is searching for the third dlc to pack because of the tmd file

now i cannot make heads or tales of how to rewrite the tmd file so it will only look for 2 out of 3 dlc's

if anyone can help me out that would be great
