Hacking I need help concerning flashcarts.

Hello, like the title says, I need help getting a flashcart that can work on the latest firmware which in my case is 7.2.0-17E on the 3DS XL. It would not be a problem only if I didn't live in Lebanon so I would like to ask, what are some legitimate websites that really deliver flashcarts like the R4i Gold 3DS RTS or R4i SHDC 3DS RTS to Lebanon? And did you receive your delivery if you ordered from there?

Now that that is done, all flashcards you can get for your version will only play ds/dsi games. The only firmware versions that support 3ds games are 4.1 - 4.5

trying to be clear. Some people assume DS = 3DS, so dsi is just to make sure they get the generation right. Dsi-exclusives don't work OFC.

To be fair, the DSi specific content was by far underwhelming. For pretty much everyone, a DS flashcart functions just as well as the DSi flashcart. Was there any DSi exclusive released on retail?

I remember seeing one game marked Dsi, not DS. It required dsi camera usage I think.

Pokemon Black and Solatorobo used the camera as an addition to gameplay, but are far from critical for the game itself. The DSi itself received only a few games, five to be exact as exclusives, but the games themselves mostly functioned as camera apps. So no loss there in my opinion

I am fully aware that these flashcarts can only play DS games, and I am sorry if I posted in the wrong section but I assumed since I have a 3DS i should post here.
Thanks for responding frankelellen but I want to know which websites ship to Lebanon, not to the United States.
