I need a software that can find same value between 2 hex file

I working on editor 2 hex file, hex number with HxD editor software. I want to find same values between 2. Because have really lot hex number, I need to find a software that help me that job. The software will do: upload 2 file,or 3 file ( it is not a hex file, I editing those in hex mode, with hex editor, remember ). Then software will automatic find same value between those. That what I need. Thanks.

So you want a file compare program, and seemingly not even one that handles shuffles and data shifts (if it is a DS game or something that can rebuilt then things get shuffled around a lot).

In the paid software world I quite like Hex Workshop's file compare mode. For free stuff then the combo of hxd and mirkes.de tiny hexer ( http://www.chip.de/downloads/Tiny-Hexer_13014623.html ) should get it done, if you want free editors then I also suggest having https://sourceforge.net/projects/hexplorer/ and http://www.chmaas.handshake.de/delphi/freeware/xvi32/xvi32.htm
Between the four you can do most of you would do in a paid editor like hex workshop or 010 editor.
