I recommend this one if you use AGP and get another 512MB RAM.

i know you not an nvidia guy but nvidia geforce 7600 gs is a good card that isnt expensive.. once i save up like 100 or 130 ima get one of those.. also get some more ram.. try gettin a 1 gig stick (kingston and corsair are good)

if not i could also recommend jes saving up for a new computer.. isnt 80 gb hd kinda small? also processor gonna b outdated soon i think.

We'd have to know if you have a PCI-e or AGP slot in your motherboard. Either way, the best bang-for-buck ATi graphics card at the moment is the X1950Pro. Probably you don't need the 512mb version, so the 256mb one should be fine.

If it is for an AGP slot though, I'd have to say just get a new computer as there's little point in buying more expensive, outdated hardware.

this is an 8 series thats about the same (slightly better) to an 7600GT, which is even better than GS.

this 8600GT is 99$ after rebate.

Guys, STOP RECOMMENDING PCI-EXPRESS CARDS!!!1!!!!11 He most likely has an AGP since 9600 is an AGP card.
