Apple I need a little help with "hacking" Fruit Ninja

I've seen a few videos lately on youtube that show "hacks" for fruit ninja where every fruit is a critical + 10 hit and was wondering, is this possible to do by editing a certain file (with iFile or an ssh type process) instead of having to download the already modded .ipa file? If so, which file do I edit for this change?

I just searched "Fruit Ninja hack" and came up with loads of results like "fruit Ninja Hack and download" etc

But they're usually the same thing as all the others (50% game speed ect.)
