Hacking Question I messed up (CFW update)

Hello I don't know what to do I was on 9.x and I updated to 10.0.2 using ChoiDujour with exFat support because I told it was the best to do
and opening an app I accidentally clicked update now I get an error and can't get back into my switch

I don't mind losing all my data or anything because I actually wanna get back in to completely reinstall atmosphere and everything else because my initial install was a bit of a train wreck

and I don't know but because I accidentally updated I think my fuses are burnt so I can't just flashback to the 10.0.2 firmware (i believe Idk how it works)

Error:

A fatal error occurred when running atmosphere.
Title ID: 010041544d530000
Error Desc: std::abort() called (0xffe)

(was typed by hand so I don't know if I messed up that error message and a bin file was saved in my SD fatal errors let me know if I need to send that)

not sure but I guessed that it updated and the version of atmosphere I'm running (latest) doesn't support this version I accidentally updated too but please correct me
edit: can still boot back to stock mode

Use Hekate's archive bit fixer, and reformat your SD card as FAT32 if it's on exFAT. Backup the contents of your SD card before reformatting it.

maybe I messed up when I installed exfat version of 10.0.2

i don't know how much it matters but im not using emuMMC

Which part did you already try? It sounds like you didn't install the update with exFAT support, and it sounds like the SD card is on exFAT.

Im coping all my SD files to my PC to make a back up then reformatting

Just remove everything atmosphere related then replace them with 0.12.0

i did that last night when i updated from 9.x to 10.0.2
witch was working fine
its just this update messed it up cuz i think something happened between the firmware and the exfat thing

i don't think my SDcard was even exfat before but i don't know

my SDcard is 60GB

Sounds like sd card issue. Do you have any spare card with you? You can try putting atmos on the new card then try to boot atmos with it.

Okay i have reformatted my SD Windows says its exFat
Coping my files back gonna try that
then put fresh atmosphere on it
and see if it boots
but first let switch format it in stock mode

do you have clean rawnand, boot0 and boot1?
if not, format sd card to exfat and make backups first(VIA HEKATE),then check rawnand.bin via hacdiskmount.
DO NOT PRESS ANYTHING ELSE ON HACDISKMOUNT JUST:
RUN HACDISKMOUNT AS ADMINISTRATOR
FILE
OPEN FILE
SELECT YOUR RAWNAND.BIN BACKUP TAKE A CAPTURE AND POST IT IN HERE.

yesterday this happened i swapped out my atmosphere for fresh 0.12.0 and it still had same issue then i left it until now

so now what i have done is i backed up my SD to my pc Manually drag and drop everything
then formatted to exFat
then i put only atmosphere in my SD from a zip i made in sdsetup.com

Like a stock one i made when i first hacked?

Found a old backup folder from 2019 (probably when i did it)
got a BOOT0 and BOOT1 a partitions folder and a restore folder
don't see a rawnand tho

Yes, you supposed to get a stock b4 any hacks.If you have it you are good, also get boot0,boot1 and sysnand in case you dont have them not yet,

problem is i don't know if that would work because maybe fuses burnt or something? i don't know

my problem is the backup i have that i think was about the correct time doesn't have a rawnand
