the v1042 worked for me...

It seems that you do need to hit the home button and see what IOS it's using, then try a few versions until it works.

Use the NUS downloader to get the IOS's.

http://wiibrew.org/wiki/NUS_Downloader.

Hit database at the top, go to IOS and look for the IOS number that matched the one HBC uses when you hit the home button in HBC.

Make sure Pack -> WAD is checked before you start, then use that WAD in wad manager.

It just happen the same problem:
After installing the patched IOS's 36 my HomeBrew Channel get inverted....

How did I solve it?

tell it to download the upside-down homebrew channel solution, then just follow the instructions
