Preload... this Title Key "5b5449544c45204b455920484552455d" is nothing else then "[TITLE KEY HERE]", a dummy.
It's impossible to crack this key, only a XCI dump will work before the 15th.

Notes:
- XCI dumps don't need title keys, so a NSP converted from XCI should have no ticket.
- It's impossible to convert the Preload from NSP to XCI, because of the missing title key
- XCI dumps should be 16 GB or 32 GB (untrimmed), not 10 GB or 9,5 GB
- You don't need special signature patches to get this game working, the default ones are enough
