when i open the game, there is a black screen and i have to turn off and on the console in orden to use it. what can i do?

Is the game the same region as your 3ds? What fireware are you on? Are you using cfw? Ect ect

To get help you really need to give as much details as possible so as we can come up with a fix for the problem.

At the moment without details it could absolutely anything going wrong.
