i reinstall haxchi over cbhc by Mistake. is it Brick??

It staring on black screen, when i eject sd card, it shows -3
(sorry for my bad english)

Yes it is a brick the only way to fix it is to restore a nand backup
Did you read the warnings about not reinstalling over CBHC by any chance
