Hey, so i modded but i did not like it so i unmodded. I used SX os for like 10 minutes today, I was not banned. Am i safe?

Any unauthorized modification to your system is a risk, regardless of how long it was used. Even if you haven't been banned yet, that doesn't mean that you won't be banned later on. I would therefore recommend you to keep your switch offline until we have a better idea about what is safe.

Hi so you used layeredFS with wifi on etc been online and what not ? The reason I am asking everyone says use in airplane mode, just trying to make my own mind up not every self appointed nintendo special security specialist point of view lol

Yes.
I injected Skyrim into the Ocopath Demo, wifi was on each Time.

I even tried to Download the Language Set, but closed the EShop after 5 Seconds.
Dont know if this is considered Online Play lol.

But that is all.

cool , so i take it with eshop you can get but not play ( dont see the point of eshop just yet) if eshop was a pc/mac app that you could then ftp over to your switch i think that would be better , like i can do on PS3/and PSvita
