Hardware i had seen a computer keyboard with function keys up to 16

when i was a kid i once saw a box with old stuff and inside there was something that catched my eye.. a a normal white computer keyboard but with F13 F14 F15 and F16 keys!
this keyboard also didn't used neither serial neither ps2 ports.. it used a slimer version of the phone-line plug.. i think the cable was also in spiral..

up until today i wonder what computer this keyboard belong to...
i can't remember if it had windows logo keys or not.. but i don't think so...

Sounds like an old ibm. Believe it or not. Some keyboards went as high as f24.

I think keyboards today use shift to get the next numeral up. For example shift f1 = f13
