I got a switch in store display mode and need help

My stepdad recently got a Nintendo switch for free and gave it to me and when I turned it on I realized it was in the store demo mode. Afterwards I put the switch in recovery mode and initialized it/factory reset and now everytime I turn it on it says “could not start software”. Can anyone help me fix this?
