Guys, I wanna make something clear.
Since I'm a middle-schooler and all, I'm really not gonna have to pay for my own clothes, food, transportation, electricity, etc.
The only things I'm gonna use this cash for is electronics, games and books probably.
With that said, I'm really not gonna need all that money so I won't work that much.
I mean, that's enough to get me like 3 3DS games and a few mangas, why would I need more in like the next 2 months?
Know what I'm saying? All I'm saying is I have the ability to earn that every hour, not that I will..

That's not what it's for. A work permit is exactly that, something that permits one to work. Your allowed to get one at the age of 14, otherwise you shouldn't be able to work.
