ROM Hack i got a corrupted file and . ..

I need to erase everything so this nasty file get away so i need to delete emunand as well.
But, i will download it back .
And something pop up in my head.
what will happen if i format a emunand SD card ????
Can someone answer this please.
Will I be ok to redownload the emunand and get everything back as usual after i format my SD card ????
Help.
(basically what the corrupted file does it erase the config.txt file of my luma3ds and also doesnt show the ''emu'' text when i go to settings so it makes me kinda scared if a next update comes in) (OH I FORGOT no cia files work ) (LOL)

i did that its an empty file . basically , i can't delete it.

am asking if i format my sd card which contains the emunand ,
can i restart all over again and redownload the emunand since my sysnand is in ver 9.2 ????

OFC backup your saves with JKSV, backup all the files on your SD card, then format the SD with SDFormatter (Format type - Full erase and Format size adjustment - On) and setup Emunand again.

ight thanks alot, oh btw which way of downloading emunand is better because i used gateway for that one .

Do you still use a Gateway card if so use the Gateway menu if not use Emunand9 and do a complete Emunand setup
