Gaming I don't understand?

I have a modded 360. Paid someone to do something with the dvd drive and play games on dvd+r DL all the time. I have the latest Live update with the new dash and can play my burnt Fable 3 just fine along with everything else I have...Why are some people having problems? Or did I just misread this?

I didn't pay too close attention to whats going on. But older xboxes with Samsung and Hitachi drives can play them on LT and be live safe. Maybe there is another release of the game that boots?

If you have a liteon drive and the latest dash and have played fable 3 on it, you have just flagged yourself for a ban.
