since you need an SD card formatted to Fat32 to be read by the homebrew broswer, how are you gonna get it to read a SBFS memory card? the only 1.4 channels I can find that I like are forwarders to boot.dol files

You can't partition an SD card in windows I don't think.

You can access the loader on the SD card through a wad channel.

If you find the scene release:

Usb SD LOADER 1 4 All You Need Wii-iND

It includes the wad file you can install with Wad Manager beforehand.

I repartitioned SD-card with linux fdisk. Works flawlessly. First partition is FAT32 and second is WBFS.

Only problem is that I don't know how to use WBFS-managers to access second partition. So I have to read games with WII from DVD.

Make the FAT partition logical instead of primary.

You could also use 2 SD cards - one to boot the loader initially and the second one for the games once you get the menu about the SD card just do the swap.
