i doesn't install nsp & XCI files on my switch

Hello everyone ! when trying to update atmosphere manually by selecting the folders myself and updating it via All In One, I noticed that I could no longer install nsp or XCI files here is the tree structure of the SD card if there is something I can do to rectify this please share it with me !

Updating atmosphere is like saving your old settings file, copying the new atmosphere folder and putting your settings file back.
You also need to update the primary payload but that depends on whether you have a modchip or an unpatched Switch.

With a new version come new sigpatches so check if you updated those correctly or have sys-patch running.
Also check if you SD card is not full.
That can also give funky errors.
