Hacking Question I Did Create EmuNand before DumpNAND?

Greetings!
I need a little help with Switch mod.
I have clean switch, never moded etc...
I did turn on airplane mode in OFW, booted SX OS and right away went to create EmuNAND with hidden partition without first created NAND Dump.
So, my question is, is my switch sysNAND modified in any way if I created just clicked EmuNAND?
If I now do NAND Dump would it still be clean?
