I couldn't make the change

the ps4 would shut down after pressing ok
if I was lucky I was able to make the jailbreack
yesterday I rebuilt the database and yesterday and today I was able to make the jailbreack
is it luck or is it because I rebuilt the database?
from the recovery I rebuilt it
next time i rebuild it with apollo because with recovery my games disappear

Most likely luck if you mean it kernel panicked. Sometimes waiting a moment or two before deploying hen helps. However, afaik, this doesn't make a difference on 9.00.
