Hardware I can't seem to transfer these apps

You know...

Brain Age Express those apps, they are not in the restricted 3DS transfer list.

How come I can't transfer those? (They didn't show up)

Might be locked to the system as they were free. I haven't transferred my apps yet so I will have to see how it does

They don't show up as available to transfer either.

They might be hard-coded in the XL firmware. Im guessing we could complain to Nintendo, but not sure if its worth it.
