Homebrew I can't exit Twilight Menu

So I'm running Twilight Menu on a flashcart on a ds lite, and I don't know how to exit a game to go to the menu. I have to turn off and on the ds again to go to it. I've tried all the button combos I could think of. L r down b, l down select, etc. Any help is appreciated.

Ok that's weird, I just found a way. I held l r up a b x and y and it worked

That only works if nds-bootstrap is turned off, and also depends on the flashcard kernel/firmware.
