Hacking Hyrule Warriors Banner Problem - Any fix?

In my hyrule warriors thread on that one iso site, there is a problem with the banner.

It only seems to happen to certain people...

I have a 10.3 emuNAND and it works fine. My friend has a 10.3 emuNAND and it works fine. Someone else has a 9.5 emuNAND and it's working fine. A lot of 10.4 users report having this issue. We're using the exact same CIA, so what is the issue? Firmware? Region? What?
