When I first saw the screenshot, the first thing I thought was, "It looks average. Nothing special"

Then, I saw a bunch of positive reviews, and decided to give it a shot. I loved platformers done right, so, I got the game last night, and started playing right away.

HOLY SHIT. BEST PLATFORMER ON THE DS. The controls are excellent, attacks are very basic but fun, weapon updates are pretty nice, and the puzzles were easy enough to make sure the game didn't frustrate the player. I can see how some may be turned off by the puzzle parts in the game, but I, for one, loved it.

I was playing it through, then the sign Tea time came up on the touchscreen. I pressed it, then OH DEAR GOD. ALL OF A SUDDEN HENRY SIPS TEA WITH HIS BUDDIES, SAYING "GOOD SHOW". OUT OF NOWHERE, HENRY RIDES A GIANT MECH, AND FLYS INTO THE SCREEN. THAT'S BADASS.

Now, the final boss theme is godly.....

I got a question regarding the shop and the money you get in the levels. If you're stuck somewhere because it's too difficult, can you then go back, replay previous levels, gain money and buy more power-ups from the shop? Broken down to simple questions: 1. Do you get money for replaying levels? 2. Can you buy arbitrary numbers of each power-up or are there limits?

You're not using the word "arbitrary" correctly

To answer your question, yes you can replay levels for money, no power-ups have a limit and to ease your concerns, Hatsworth is not an RPG game, you don't need to "grind" to beat any levels, you could probably plow through the whole game without spending a dime on upgrades; it's skill whats gets you through the game, not stats.

That's what worries me, because I have no skill
