I've never ported an emulator to a console before and this might be a good learning experience. I could give this ago maybe. I want to try make something more simpler before I go to 3D consoles. Like maybe something like an c64 emuthat's cool, i vote dreamcast

Edit: also, if you didn't notice Sony changed the first post to: IS IT OUT?? ( No )

I read that yesterday but I thought maybe something happened after that. You only have to read Hykem's recent post to understand that plans have changed and evolved. They're not delays for the sake of it, the way the exploit is being released has evolved as more people have become involved in the project.
The original plan was to just release the exploits as-is and see what happens. They then decided that this probably isn't the best way to develop a succesful homebrew scene around a project. I'd say that's a good call - much of the success of the 3DS scene is because it launched with an easy to use homebrew launcher and development environment. The scene has massively progressed since then, but might never reached that point had Smealum just released the raw exploit and let everybody try to figure out what to do with it. That's pretty much where the Wii U scene has been until now.
Dont underestimate the importance of launching with a decent amount of developer and user emthusiasm and adoption, everything being in place to make it as easy as possible to attract developers, and early examples of projects to build interest.
I think that percentage is for the hole threadwooow
